Download the Version 1 concept zip from the website, extract the whole folder, and run SysDiag.exe from inside that folder. Keep the files together so assets, collectors, and license notices stay beside the app.

Run as administrator
Basic diagnostic pages can run normally. Service actions, security actions, update repairs, device changes, and some hardware collectors may need administrator permission.
Create a support bundle
Remote diagnostics create a local bundle that the user controls. Lurionyx SysDiag does not upload the bundle by itself. Send it only to someone you trust.
Expect concept rough edges
Version 1 is free and useful for previewing the idea, but it is still a concept build. Some screens may be rough, and Version 2 will rebuild the internals more cleanly.
Before repair actions
Repairs should match the symptom.
Lurionyx SysDiag is designed to explain what an action does before running it. If a repair does not match the symptom, do not run it just because it is available.
- Create a restore point before moderate or high-risk repairs.
- Read the action explanation and expected reboot behavior.
- Refresh the affected diagnostics page after the repair completes.
