Does Lurionyx SysDiag upload my data?
No. Core diagnostics are local-first. Remote bundles are created by the user and shared only when the user chooses to send them.
What is inside a support bundle?
A support bundle contains selected diagnostic summaries, logs, hardware and Windows state, and optional crash dump summaries. SysDiag does not include full memory dumps by default, and privacy options should be reviewed before sharing a bundle.
How do remote diagnostics work?
SysDiag creates a portable diagnostic package for another PC. The other person extracts it, runs the included collection script, and returns the generated SysDiag remote ZIP for review.
Is it for beginners or technicians?
Both. The goal is to show technical information clearly enough for beginners while still giving useful evidence to experienced users.
How do I start it after extracting the RAR?
Open the extracted Lurionyx SysDiag V2 folder and use the included Lurionyx SysDiag V2 shortcut. Keep the SysDiag folder beside that shortcut so the bundled runtime, assets, licenses, and crash dump analyzer stay available.
How do I remove the portable app?
Close SysDiag, then run Uninstall SysDiag.cmd from the SysDiag folder or delete the extracted Lurionyx SysDiag V2 folder.
Can it replace Windows tools?
No. SysDiag brings many Windows signals into one readable workspace, but the original Windows tools still matter for advanced troubleshooting and confirmation.
Is it safe to use?
Viewing diagnostics is low risk. Repair actions and system changes can affect Windows behavior, so they should only be run when they match the symptom.
Are custom checks included by default?
No. Custom checks are optional user-added checks loaded from SysDiag's configured app, user, or shared check folders. SysDiag flags missing check names, duplicate check IDs, and run setup issues before a check can run. Only add and run checks you trust, because they can execute commands.
Is Version 2 free?
Yes. Lurionyx SysDiag is free forever. Version 2.0.1 Public Beta does not require an account.
Who owns Lurionyx SysDiag?
Lurionyx SysDiag is owned by Rayen Leys. Third-party components remain owned by their respective owners and are listed in the license notices.
