Third-party licences
Lurionyx SysDiag may include third-party libraries, frameworks, and assets. Those parts remain governed by their own licences and notices.
The Version 1 download includes LICENSE.txt and a Licenses folder. Keep those files with the app when you store or share an unmodified copy.
Lurionyx SysDiag Version 2 development may use LibreHardwareMonitorLib and OpenHardwareMonitor-based code for hardware sensor access. These projects are distributed under the Mozilla Public License 2.0 (MPL-2.0). Their licence texts and third-party notices should stay included with any build that uses them.
Third-party names, libraries, frameworks, and assets remain owned by their respective owners. Their inclusion does not transfer ownership to Lurionyx SysDiag.
MPL-2.0 is a file-level open-source licence. It does not require the whole Lurionyx SysDiag application to become open source, but modified MPL-covered files must remain available under the MPL-2.0 terms.
The app's original source code is not open source unless a separate written license says otherwise. Third-party licence notices do not grant rights to the original Lurionyx SysDiag code.
Before any paid public release, direct and transitive dependencies should be reviewed again and the app's installed licence notices should be kept visible in the About or legal area.
