Ownership

Lurionyx names, products, this website, original interfaces, original text, branding, and original project materials are owned by the operator identified in the Legal Notice unless stated otherwise. All rights are reserved.

Archived SysDiag copies

SysDiag Version 2.0.1 is offered in Older Builds as an unsupported historical public beta. A lawfully obtained, unmodified copy remains free to use for personal or business diagnostics under the terms supplied with it. Archive status does not make original Lurionyx software open source.

Restrictions

Do not sell, sublicense, repackage, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute modified copies, remove legal notices, or present Lurionyx software as your own without written permission from Lurionyx, except where applicable law or a separate third-party license gives you that right.

Third-party components

Lurionyx software may include third-party libraries, frameworks, assets, or notices. Those items remain owned by their respective owners and use their own licenses. Keep LICENSE.txt and the complete Licenses folder with any shared copy of the archived app. See Third-Party Licenses.

Use at your own risk

Diagnostics, repair actions, and system setup can affect settings, services, drivers, storage, security, updates, data, or Windows behavior. Users are responsible for deciding which actions to run, verifying backups and recovery access, reviewing destructive changes, and confirming that an action fits the machine and symptom.

No warranty

Lurionyx software is provided as-is unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. No guarantee is made that every diagnosis, suggestion, command, compatibility check, installation result, or repair result will be correct for every computer.

Future products and commissions

SysDiag Version 3 and Windows Setup are not currently offered. Commission intake is closed. Descriptions of planned work are not offers, bookings, or timing commitments. Applicable licenses, notices, service terms, pricing, and other conditions will be published before an offer becomes available.

Feedback

By submitting feedback, feature ideas, notes, or bug reports, you allow Lurionyx to read, store, discuss, and use that feedback to improve its projects without owing compensation. Do not submit material you do not have permission to share.

Assistant chat

Elara's replies are automated, informational, and may be incomplete, incorrect, or outdated. Verify important information before acting, keep backups where appropriate, and do not treat a reply as professional repair, security, legal, medical, financial, or emergency advice. Elara may be unavailable at times.

Lunaris Waitress and Elara on Discord

The Discord bots provide automated conversation and assistance and may be unavailable, incomplete, incorrect, or outdated. Use them only in accordance with Discord's terms, the applicable server rules, and the rights of other users. Do not use a bot to abuse, harass, impersonate, expose private information, bypass restrictions, or submit material you do not have permission to share.

Do not send passwords, authentication tokens, product keys, payment details, private files, unnecessary diagnostic data, or other sensitive information. Verify important technical advice before acting, keep suitable backups, and do not treat a bot reply as professional repair, security, legal, medical, financial, or emergency advice.

The Privacy Policy explains the limited Discord data used by each bot. Within either bot, /privacy displays the privacy information, /memory shows its saved context, and /delete removes that context for the bot. These commands do not remove messages or copies held by Discord or another service.
