Local diagnostics

Core SysDiag diagnostics run on the user's computer. Hardware details, event logs, services, device information, update state, repair results, and similar system data are read locally and shown to the user. The archived Version 2.0.1 build does not require an account or automatically upload core diagnostic scans. Version 3 is in development, and its privacy behavior will be documented before public release.

Support bundles and exports

Exported reports or support bundles may contain device names, driver names, event messages, installed services, Windows configuration, usernames, file paths, hardware IDs, or crash-related details. Treat these files as private and share them only with people you trust. Full memory dumps are not included by default in the archived build.

Website, archive downloads, and security logs

The website, feedback features, and archived downloads use third-party infrastructure. IP address, browser details, request time, requested URL, and security signals may be processed to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and provide requested files.

Feedback and support

Information submitted for feedback or support is used to read, respond to, track, and improve the project. Contact details are optional and are used only to reply or follow up when you choose to provide them. Do not send passwords, product keys, private files, or unnecessary diagnostic data.

Website assistant chat

When you send a question, the message and recent chat context are processed to provide a reply. Recent messages are kept only in the open page and are not saved as a continuing website conversation. Do not submit passwords, product keys, private files, personal diagnostic data, or other confidential information.

Lunaris Waitress and Elara on Discord

The Lunaris Waitress and Elara Discord bots process messages only when needed to provide their requested features, such as a slash command, direct message, mention, or message in a designated bot channel. This may include your Discord user ID and display name, the relevant server, channel, and message identifiers, the message text you submit, and the bot's generated reply. Limited message or attachment metadata may also be processed when needed for routing, permissions, safety, or abuse prevention. The bots do not broadly archive unrelated server conversations.

Each bot keeps separate saved context for up to 30 days so conversations can continue. It is protected and used only to provide or safeguard the requested bot features. Bot data is not sold, used for advertising, used to profile users, or used to train an AI model.

Use /privacy for a privacy summary and links, /memory to review what that bot saved, or /delete to remove it for that bot. Deleting information from one bot does not affect the other bot. These commands do not delete messages or other copies held by Discord, other users, server moderators, or a different service; manage Discord-held messages with Discord's own controls. You may also contact [email protected] or use the Support page for a privacy or deletion request.

Do not send passwords, authentication tokens, product keys, payment details, private files, unnecessary diagnostic data, or other sensitive information to either bot.

Purposes and legal bases

Data is processed to deliver the website and archive downloads, respond to requests, protect services, improve the projects, and meet legal obligations. Depending on the context, the legal basis is consent, performance of a requested service, legitimate interests, or compliance with a legal obligation.

Recipients and processors

Lurionyx may use Cloudflare for website delivery and chat, Discord for bot messages and interactions, GitHub or a feedback service for feedback handling, and email providers for messages. Providers may process data outside Belgium or the European Economic Area under their infrastructure and transfer safeguards.

Retention

The website does not save assistant messages as a continuing chat. Recent messages remain in the open page to provide context. Discord bot context expires after 30 days without activity unless it is deleted sooner with that bot's /delete command. Operational and security records are limited to what is reasonably needed for reliability, safety, abuse prevention, or legal obligations and are not kept longer than needed for those purposes. Feedback and support messages are kept only as long as needed to handle the request, improve the project, maintain necessary records, or prevent abuse. Security and provider logs follow the relevant provider's retention settings.

Your rights

Depending on your location and the situation, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of personal data. You may withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. Contact the privacy address above to make a request.

Future products and commissions

Windows Setup is not available and commission intake is closed. Before either begins collecting new kinds of data, this policy will be updated to explain what is collected, why, where it goes, how long it is kept, and the choices available to the user or client.

Cookies, analytics, and children

The current website does not intentionally use advertising cookies or non-essential analytics cookies. See the Cookies page. Lurionyx software is not aimed at children; do not submit personal data if you cannot lawfully do so without a parent or guardian.

Changes

The policy may change when the website, downloads, feedback system, products, or services change. Updates will be published before new data practices begin where required.
