Local-first app data

Core diagnostics run on the user's computer. Hardware details, event logs, services, device information, update state, repair results, and similar system data are read locally and shown to the user. The current Version 2.0.1 Public Beta does not require an account and does not automatically upload core diagnostic scans.

Support bundles and exports

Exported reports or support bundles may contain private system information such as device names, driver names, event messages, installed services, Windows configuration, usernames, file paths, hardware IDs, or crash-related details. Treat exported files as private and share them only with people you trust.

Website, downloads, and security logs

The website, downloads, and feedback features are delivered through third-party infrastructure. Technical request data such as IP address, browser details, request time, requested URL, and security signals may be processed to deliver the site, protect it from abuse, and provide downloads.

Feedback and support

If you send feedback or request support, the information you enter is used to read, respond to, track, and improve Lurionyx SysDiag. Contact details are optional. If you provide contact details, they are used only to reply or follow up on that request.

Purposes and legal bases

Data is processed to provide the website and downloads, answer support or feedback, maintain security, improve the project, and meet legal obligations. The usual legal basis or legal bases are performance of requested services, legitimate interest in running and securing the project, consent where requested, and legal obligation where applicable.

Recipients and processors

The project may use service providers such as Cloudflare for website delivery, DNS, download delivery, and security; GitHub or a feedback worker for feedback handling; and email providers for support messages. These providers may process data in countries outside Belgium or the European Economic Area under their own infrastructure and transfer safeguards.

Retention

Feedback and support messages are kept only as long as needed to handle the request, improve the project, maintain records, or protect against abuse. Security and server logs are kept according to the relevant provider's retention settings. You can request deletion of support or feedback messages you sent.

Your rights
